1200km south. Far from the wind swept prairies, nestled between two large mountain ranges, right in the middle of a semi-arid desert. Our new home, at least for a few years. And a new daily commute. At this time of year in Alberta, we’d normally be trudging through ankle deep snow and braving the frigid temperatures each morning. Here in Eastern Washington in mid December it is chilly (nothing hardy Albertans can’t handle!), it can get windy, but it’s dry! And so we ride and enjoy the best part of our day!
